Mr. Feron has over 20 years of legal and business experience.  He has been a practicing attorney at large corporate law firms, in house general counsel, a business development executive, CEO and principal investor and owner of several businesses.

On the legal side, Mr. Feron started his career with large corporate law firms, first, in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP and then in the San Diego Office of Cooley Godward, LLP.  After Cooley Godward, he went in-house and was the General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for Affinity Development Group, where he oversaw corporate development decisions and generated, developed and prospected new business and strategic relationships.  During his time at ADG, Mr. Feron became the Chief Executive Officer of Construction Bidboard Inc. (CBI), an ADG portfolio company in the software and information provider to construction industry participants.  At CBI, Mr. Feron restructured the entire company, raised additional equity and recruited a new senior management team, including a new CEO.  Mr. Feron remained on the Board of Directors and assisted in CBI’s sale to a public company.  

Mr. Feron was also a founding partner and General Counsel of Redhill Realty Investors, LP, an institutional real estate investment company.  Mr. Feron developed the entire underwriting and investment analysis infrastructure for Redhill, including the financial modeling and legal due diligence processes.  He oversaw and participated in the acquisition of several hundred million dollars of real estate, involving institutional joint ventures and proprietary private equity funds.

Through these experiences, Mr. Feron has worked as a lawyer and principal with numerous and diverse companies and investors engaged in real estate, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and business projects.

Mr. Feron currently practices law and engages as a principal through The Winesprings Group, a Merchant Bank focused on middle-market and emerging companies.  Mr. Feron is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Sessine has over 20 years of experience in advising businesses of all sizes on a variety of legal, tax and accounting matters, as both an attorney and CPA.  Mr. Sessine started his legal career as a tax attorney in the New York City office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, followed by working as a corporate lawyer in the New York City office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP and in the San Diego, CA office of Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP.  Mr. Sessine then transitioned back to Connecticut where he practiced corporate law at boutique firms before forming Sessine Feron.  Prior to his law career, Mr. Sessine was a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP in Detroit, MI.

Mr. Sessine serves a wide variety of clients positioned in diverse industries including manufacturing and industrial, clean tech, commercial real estate development and management, consumer products, food service, health care, non-profits and closely held businesses.

Mr. Sessine received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an LL.M. (in taxation) from New York University School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
